Zen Meditation

Zen Meditation is the most famous, easier and effective meditation technique. This approach helps our soul, mind and body to reach the state of absolute stillness and emptiness.

Deeply linked to infinite creativity far away from daily thoughts, the right hemisphere will be powerfully used to clear the mind during the Zen Meditation.

During this class you will learn to command and concentrate your right brain which keep you from getting too involved with your thoughts.

 

Mrtyu (Death) Meditation

The principle of The Death Meditation is very simple: introduce you to your death before you die truly.

This very powerful, though gentle and delicate technique, based on the imagination, will aids you to release the ego and connect to the eternal witness: your true self.

Indeed, when the mind will cease to exist, everything that constitutes your personality in this world (failure, joy, friends…) will vanish. However, one thing will stay intact, the authentic foundation or your existence… Self.

Some of us may have experienced difficulties with the art of “letting go”. Mrtyu Death Meditation will be a very powerful tool for you to get better results with this process.

 

Mantra Meditation

A Mantra is a condensed prayer, formed of a very powerful single or a series of syllable endlessly repeated with rhythm during meditations or ceremonies, reverberating in everything in the universe.

During this meditation, we will be chanting the “Mani”:

“Om Mani Padme Hume”
Chanting the “Mani” mantra invokes the powerful benevolent attention and blessings of Chenrezig, the embodiment of compassion.

“Whether happy or sad, if we take the “mani” as our refuge, Chenrezig will never forsake us, spontaneous devotion will arise in our minds and the Great Vehicle will effortlessly be realized.”

Tibetans also use to spin the written form of the mantra around in a Mani wheel (or prayer wheel). It is also believed to give the same benefit as saying the mantra.

Dynamic Meditation

Deep-rooted emotions, lingering bitterness and other overwhelming feelings will be thoroughly blown away by this one hour excellent stress-releasing meditation technique.

This process will take you through 5 stages starting from deep breathing, cathartic expression, active mantra, silence and free dance. You will float out totally refreshed both physically and mentally. A real inner peace has emerged, bringing a pure energy of full awareness for the day ahead.

 

Chakra Sounds Meditation

We will use vocal sounds and music during this Chakra Meditation to bring awareness to the energy of each of our chakras, the energy centers of our subtle body. These energies will vibrate in accordance to each sounds chanted, tuning each of your 7 chakras and slowly bringing you to a deep, peaceful, inner silence.

 

Kundalini Meditation

The meditation lasts for one hour. Getting totally lost within the first two stages, the shaking and the dancing, will radically “melt” the rock-like being. Acting like an energetic tropical rain shower, the energy flow that has been restrained and held will be rinsed away by this powerful unique combination of movement and stillness.
